You agree that you are purchasing a digital product that cannot be returned once it has been accessed or downloaded. This policy does not affect your UK statutory rights regarding faulty or mis-supplied digital content, as defined by applicable consumer laws, which may include the right to a repair, replacement, or refund in certain circumstances

Use of Content:

You agree not to copy, give/share access to, distribute, modify, or sublicense any of the digital content you have signed up to, without express written permission from Tracy Swindale, "Launch With Me" at SuperDivine [LWM/SD].

Liability:

LWM/SD is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the digital content.

General:

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between LWM/SD and You in relation to any Products This Agreement supersedes all previous discussions, correspondence, negotiations, understandings or agreements entered into by us in relation to any Products.

You agree that you have not relied upon, nor will you have any claim in respect of any representation, warranty or condition that is not set out in this Agreement.

This Agreement does not grant any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to any third party to enforce any term of this Agreement.

In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other term in this Agreement.

No failure by LWM/SD to exercise any right under this Agreement or to take action against You in the event of a breach of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of such right or any other rights under this Agreement.
